Artist’s Statement

Art is important to me. I choose what colors and shapes I want to make.

I like making friends a lot and helping people. The studio is fun and they are really nice to me.

I like music, singing and dancing, and watching movies. I like painting people. My favorite art subjects are stories from books, sports, the cities of the United States, people, animals, rainbows, football, the football field. I’m inspired by Harry Potter and Nancy Drew. I enjoy watercolor.

Clean and bright colors. I have clean lines. I’m making new paintings and drawings and I think that’s good. When I look at it, it makes me smile a lot. I want to do more pictures that show lots of different things in one picture.

I share my music a lot and that’s a good thing. Rhythm, that’s a good thing Ryan taught me. Rhythm, repetition, layers, and textures. I enjoy American Idol, that’s a good program.
